payed around4000 to a gentleman by the name of charles shinauld who said he worked for the nationwide processing center he told me that he could help me with a remodification loan i have tried to contact him several times with no reply i have not received a call back in over 3 weeks every time i call all i get is a recording of his voice mail i contacted my mortgage company and they told me that they never received any kind of paper work from them
