the caller said that my car warranty was going to expire. I was asked to say ‘yes’ if I’d like to speak to a representative. Being that we just purchased a car and a warranty, I couldn’t imagine why it would be listed as expiring, so I said yes. I heard three loud beeps and the call was disconnected. I tried calling the number but the call would not go through.
