Claim they are an American Based Business but I have found out they are based in China. I ordered an expensive neon sign from them for a gift that was sent 2 months late and came in a box filled with dead bugs and absolutely reaked of weird smell. They had sent me a broken half neon sign. After arguing through email with someone who could not speak any English at all they sent me a “replacement” neon sign a month and a half later that was jusr bits and pieces of a neon sign. They refuse to get back to my emails after sending so many. This is the worst company to ever order from!! They are based on lies
