Robert Black promised guaranteed hvac service. He came out and “fixed” our heater and charged $700. It’s not fixed at all and we’re still in the cold. He doesn’t answer any calls or emails and google reviews of his actual company (neotech services, he told us it was pro-tek hvac) show that he does this repeatedly. Now we’re out $700 and still freezing cold and have to hire someone else. He won’t guarantee the work like he promised.
