I received several phone calls from this company. I called their number to find out what they wanted. They identified themselves as Netguard Solutions, a branch of US Technical Solutions. They told me I had some red flags on my computer and they would clean it for free, but then I would need a privacy shield which would cost $499.00 for lifetime coverage. Six months ago, I received a similar call from ProjectNet. At that time, I allowed them to "clean" my computer and paid $200 for a year of coverage. I fell for it the first time. Please beware.
