Advised I could finish an app for federal grant, my address was known. My grant was approved and deposited in World bank Group. I called to confirm a specific account number I was given. I could not access the grant until I registered for the grant and paid a fee. The grant money would be wired to my personal bank or if I preferred, a check would be mailed. I reported the attempted scam to the FTC. 1-202-888-3930 with call back number of 917-934-3455
