Type of a scam Tax Collection
I received a call on 8-10-16 at 11.30 a.m. with message left on answering machine from a Steve Martin 760-462-5018 stating he was with the enforcement of the US Treasury. He sounded like he had an accent and said it was a second attempt to reach us and we must contact him to avoid Federal and other charges. He sounded very stern and threatening. I did try to call this evening at 8.23 pm on 8-11-16 and received a busy signal. We have no issues with the Treasury or Government so I am ignoring further harassment but wanted others to know. I see 2 other reports the same day with similar messages reported.
