This certificate is issued directly from the Secretary of State and certifies that your business is authorized to transact business in the State of Oklahoma and complies with all relevant state requirements.
Claiming that this certificate is often required to obtain business loans licenses and other business purposes.
When attempting to locate the address of the office, no such business listed. Other reports have this listed as an obvious scam.
