I ordered some Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas. I didn’t know the company was from another country until after the order was placed. It took 6-7 weeks to receive the product and they are completely fake and they smelled terrible. I emailed the company demanding my money back and they offered a 15% refund and told me to give the boots to someone as a gift. I emailed back and told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund. They returned an email offering a 20% refund and that that was all they could do. I asked for their address to mail the boots back and they haven’t responded since. (They’re located outside the country)
