I ordered a product for weight loss from this company on June 25. After I placed the order, the site sent me to a different site to purchase a Health and Fitness magazine. I clicked on NO THANKS and within seconds I received an email confirming my order and cost regardless of my no thanks. I was so upset that I called the number where I had placed my original order and told them to cancel everything, the pills and the magazine. I received an email of the confirmation of the cancellation. They were very persistent in trying to get me not to cancel the original order, totally abusive and refused to take no for an answer when it came to the pills I had ordered. I told them repeatedly I did not want any product nor any charges on my credit card. I was on the phone for half an hour demanding a cancellation and was finally assured that it was cancelled and no charges would appear on my account. Of course, the charges appeared and today I have spent an hour on the phone and they still refuse to refund me any charges and they tell me that charges will keep coming. They tried to barter with me offering me a bottle for 58 and then 48 and then 38 etc. I told them over and over I don’t want the product and I will not pay any money for any amount in any time frame. It was as if they did not hear a word I was saying. I would repeat no I don’t want it and they would come back and say this is how we can fix this. We’ll let you keep the bottle and for a low low price of 18.00 (they started at 99.00 and worked their way down to 18) It didn’t matter how many times I told them no. I finally just hung up and will have the credit card company dispute the charges. In fact, while looking up my cc to see what charges they placed I noticed my credit card had been suspended due to fraudulent activity. When I called them to see why, they told me it was because of this disreputable company I was having this issue with was making charges to my account. So their reputation is known. How can they continue to advertise and exist with billing practices such as this. I hope ScamPulse.com can do something with this company.
