Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
First received a call confirming our school principal’s name and she wanted to send him a past due invoice. I had her send it to my (secretary) e-mail address. In the mean time, I called the number and there was a robotic answering machine with no company name. I have written her back saying that I don’t find any outstanding orders with her company and asked why it’s taken her so long to do anything about the outstanding invoice, since it is dated 3/12/2015. I have not heard back from her. I had the feeling it was a scam from the beginning. I don’t know why we would have ever ordered 3000 #2 pencils for $2,340.00. Those must be some super special pencils! I cannot find the existence of this company on the internet.
