They robo call stating that your vehicle warranty on record is expired but you qualify for a new warranty. Then you are transferred to a sales scammer who wants your personal info, vehicle info, credit card info. When asked for his name he refused and started rereading the script, only giving the company name, national processing center.

I had a man called and left me a threatening voicemail message that I had to contact their office or A case was gonna be filed against me in court. I spoke with a man after calling the number And he told me I had to set up a payment arrangement or they would go with the proceedings. I have never owned this credit card, and it doesn’t even show on my credit report. Now they have been calling my phone threatening me with this lawsuit again about a card or case that I have absolutely no clue about

Type of a scam Government Grant

My elderly parents received a "Benefit Update" from this group that mentioned the "Social Security Administration". This kind of name dropping as well as the Washington address (that is just a forward from their actual place of business in Texas) mislead my parents into thinking this was an official government mailing. Thankfully they check with me before signing an d returning this card back.

Received an ‘official’ mailing claiming 2018 Benefit Update on the outside of the mailer, restating inside ‘2018 BENEFIT UPDATE’ inside and adding "The Social Security Adninistration has made funds available for final expense planning. There are also state regulated life insurance prograns to help pay what the government does not cover." etc etc. Instructions say to return the card, signing it and adding your age, your spouse’s age and your phone #, to receive free information on how to qualify. Looks to be aimed at elderly people to scam them. Googled address and it’s a UPS packaging store,

My mother received a card stating she could be eligible for a cheaper medicare supplement policy. she is 89 years old and believed this company could help her. I researched online and I could not find anything about it.

The card wanted her to send in her phone number to call her.

a statement on the card says:

*All eligibility qualifications are done 100% over the phone, so a valid phone number is required.

Thank you.
