They essentially conned me for $500.00. Sold a “lifetime” maintenance package and then “cleaned” my computer to speed it up. The result was no improvement. I demanded my money back. They stalled me for a week and then held me up for six hours trying all kinds of things that smelled SCAM and finally hung up. All attempts since to contact them resulted in busy phones.

Phone stated I had a Trojen virus. They could fix it. 5 year warranty . Cost $400.00. Second call: they said all software had been damaged. Cost $1800. Automatic check. Made partial payment, much to their objection. Chris and Tony, probably fake names, seem to be Indian.
