This is a scam of companies. They claim not to be brokers however a company you haven’t heard of shows up to pick up your furniture and charges more than the quote. They claim you have more stuff than you told them, they said my sectional was ‘bigger than they thought’ however when booking they did not ask for measurements. They lied about a pick up date, lied about a delivery date. Jim Piper is a scam artist. His personal phone number is +1 (321) 310-6743. He sent me a video claiming his company was real and he was honest. He is not. The movers they brokered, after they said they don’t broker, damaged a wall in my apartment. Bending the corner bead and cracking drywall. Jen B told me they would repair it before they left and the mover shrugged his shoulders and walked out. They take advantage of people and once you have committed you can’t change your mind. They are rip off artists. They don’t keep any commitments. They charged $500 more than the estimate.
