Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I purchased from an advertised listing on facebook for the product listed in the URL above. I paid for 4 units and added the Ultimate version with a controller for the planes. Total cost was $ 107.00 for the 4 planes. I have 2 emails from the offering a $3 refund then a $5 refund – no address, no phone number. The product is not what was advertised and could not cost more than $3 – $5 to produce. I am getting nowhere to come to an agreement to refund my money or settle on a reasonable credit back.
Here is a copy of what they emailed back to me:

We are so sorry that this item has not met your expectations.
We suggest refund 3$ to you, would you like to keep this item?
Maybe you can send this item to your friends or sell it to others.
Is that OK for you?
Please let us know your opinions, if it’s ok, we will handle the refund immediately.
