I ordered two items in separate transactions 12/21/16 and 12/22/16. As of today, 12/28/16, I have not received the. At the time of purchase, I received order #’s number and confirmation thanking me for my email and NEVER received a tracking # to track my packages. I reached out to them via their live online chat service as well as sending them two emails at [email protected] and no response. During the live chat, I receive a response from Amanda (no last name provided) stating they would get back to me. I made my purchases with my Visa debit card – one transaction total was $94.99 and the other was $79.99. I have contacted my bank to dispute the transactions, however, I thought I needed to contact the ScamPulse.com to investigate this business. I believe I was a victim of a scam.
