Operated without a license, no bond, asked for 30 % down for deck project, supposed to get cedar wood and two weeks later after no contact, and promises to come he arrives with pressure treated wood and only half of the order discussed (probably 5% of the deposit) Then he came back later that day and argued with me and I’m sure he was intoxicated or drunk. We tried to call him and he avoided our calls. He came one more time and came into the house to use the phone and my wife was there alone. Very intimidated. Then he disappeared and changed his phone number. we ended up losing the deposit
