i purchased a puppy and paid through a third party website and never received my puppy. This seller asked for an additional 700.00 for the puppy to have shipping insurance. That’s when I realized I was scammed. The person’s name selling the puppy is Robert Brice (of course we all know that is not true). He said the puppy was in Texas then said MA….there are several reported scams by this person using multiple email address, websites and phone numbers. I am now out 900.00. JUST NEVER BUY A PUPPY ONLINE.
