I know him from eBay ,I ash buy more arowana ,he call me pay for him with money gram ,after I paid ,he call me pay for insurance ,because ups require ,I call ups ash about that ,ups answer me ,u don’t need, it is option , after that I call him it option he say if I don’t pay for instance he can’t ship and he say refund for me but he never refund and he disconnect me no answer phone and no rely mail too ,he is scammer
