I ordered merchandise from their website on 8/6. On 9/2 I got an email that said it shipped. When I tried the tracking number usps said that they never received the package from the company. They do not have an address or a phono number. I emailed customer service 5 times and never received a reply. My package never came in but they charged me $100. I commented on one of their social media post and they messaged me saying they’d figure out my order but never responded. Other people are also being ignored. I had to contact my back to get the payment reversed
