Type of a scam Online Purchase
I found a few items I wanted to order from this company on their website. I added them to my card and it came out around $28.00. I paid this with my debit card and it came out of my account immediately. A few days went by and I checked the "tracking page" and it says that my shipment was confirmed and to come back to the page to check on my order. I ordered on March 27th and today is April 14th. I have tried Emailing several times and I also tried contacting them on social media (twitter) and I have received no response since my "confirmation email." They’re page says orders are normally received between 7-12 business days but it’s now been close to a month since I ordered.
