This company, Strata Nickel, LLC, 4370 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 960, San Diego, CA 92122, sent a fake winner’s notice from Publisher’s Clearing House to my elderly parents. It included a check, which my parents were encouraged to deposit, but they were told to keep it confidential. They were instructed to call back the business as soon as the check was deposited. Their phone number (1-929-800-4711) is associated with mail fraud according to an internet search. Surely Publisher’s Clearing House does not "do business as" Nickel Creek Apartments." According to the local police, there is nothing I can do about this unless my parents have already lost money to this unscrupulous people.
