Type of a scam Online Purchase
On May 1, I purchased two dresses from this website. I’ve been emailing the company asking where my order is and first they told me, " Sorry to tell you that we still need 3-7 days to pack your order due to high demand recent days. Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with your tracking info. We will rush it for you, about 7-15 days delivered to you, hope you can get your order soon." I waited a while and decided to email them again since they don’t have a phone number I can call and they told me, Your order is being processed by our order team. Could you please wait a few more days? You will receive an email with tracking info after we send out the parcel. If any doubt, please feel free to contact us." I decided to email them today, and now I got this response, We are sorry to tell you that your order hasn’t been shipped as the item (MAUREEN DRESS – color :FALLEN LEAF, size : S, material : Cotton&Spandex ) was sold out .Do you want us to cancel it and send you the other? If any doubt, please feel free to contact us.
I just want my money back, because I will never get what I paid for. The fact that they tell me the dress isn’t available, but yet they still have it up on their website available for purchase doesn’t make any sense.
