samsungsimunlock.com provided me with a non-working unlock code and then proceeded to tell me that my service provider’s database was being updated for 10 days and that I had to wait for them. I confirmed with my service provider that no update was taking place and that they could unlock my code instantly.
samsungsimunlock.com continued to tell me to wait, and I asked for a refund per their guarantee which states "100% money back guarantee, no questions asked".
They refuse to refund my money and they just continue to tell me to wait.
