I ordered an item in October promised 2 week delivery. In November I contacted and was told it would go out that week. Then another contact I was told holiday delay (Halloween). I contacted Amex to dispute (2 months in), still no delivery. After sending Amex copies of my conversations I received a pkg. the package contained items I did not order. Contacted the business they told me it was no big deal send the items back. I responded asking for a refund. After 2 months and the wrong item at this point I just want my money and to no longer do business. I still have the items I told them I’d send them back after my refund. No response. Have that additional info to Amex. Waiting on the resolution and now the business doesn’t respond to me at all $391.40 is what my refund should be.
