My stepdaughter wanted to order Supreme Garcinia for the price of the shipping at $5.95. We reviewed the website to be sure there were no further charges that we were agreeing to. We saw none. I agreed to use my card and order the product. Following this charge I was charged additional charges. We called to cancel. I was told they would cancel the magazine charge (which I did not order). That was refunded. Today, there was a new charge of $123,00 on my credit card. I called the credit card company to dispute the charge. The credit card company said that I needed to give them my cancellation number. I do not have one. The credit card company was well aware of Supreme Garcina and Trimdowndietsupps where my other charge came from. They gave me phone numbers to try, none of which worked. I have not found a way to contact the company to cancel these charges. I am looking for help. Thank you

This company is advertising a free trial for an all natural weight loss supplement. They claim that you just have to pay shipping fees by credit card. They then billed my credit card for the shipping fees as well as over $200 for the product. When I called the company claimed that this was for a free trial and not a free sample. They said I needed to call and cancel within 14 days of signing up for the free trial if I did not want to be charged for it. After a heated debate with the customer service representative, she told me that they will give me back my money, (I’m still waiting for it though). In talking to my credit card company it turns out that many people are falling for this scam with the same company.
