I ordered a product through their website and received an empty bottle in the the package. I contacted their customer service through their website, and received an email back without a statement that they will refund my payment or send the real product. I called their customer service phone number, but it was only playing a long string of advertisements.

I ordered a skin care product that came in the form of a liquid in a bottle. The product leaked in its packaging, therefore I only obtained half of the product. I emailed skincarerx.com to request a refund or exchange and they replied with an email address requesting for me to send them a photo. I replied and kept getting error messages stating the the email was non functional. This kept happening even after they continued to provide me with several alternate email addresses. Finally, I asked for a customer service phone number to discuss further and even that phone number was non functional. I still have not been able to contact them. Can you please investigate this company and assist me with getting a full refund.
