Mailed a $1,991.22 check on account at Wachovia Bank N.A. with payee as Walmart Inc. (702 8th Street, Bentonville AK) made out to myself. Accompanying letter says to ‘Please activate the enclose Payroll check online before depositing’. Apparently the check is for payment of part time work as a ‘Consumer Service Evaluator’. I attached a scanned copy of the letter and check.
