Type of a scam Online Purchase
The website looked legitimate. We purchased two speakers for a total cost of $219.98. I got the invoice from the business email ([email protected], via p3plcpnl0615.prod.phx3.secureserver.net). I then got my paypal receipt for the purchase, however, the payment went to an account registered to a different email address ([email protected]). I sent the company an email by replying to my invoice (as it instructed to do), with no response. More than a week later, I called the provided phone number on the website and left a message, with no response. Another week later I sent a message through the "contact us" portion of the website, again, with no response. A quick internet search showed that other people have reported problems with "savemore" online stores and turned them in. I’m guessing they just make a new store with a number after the name each time they are shut down. And I was dumb enough to fall for it.
