I saw an ad on Facebook for a Tyme 2-1 curling iron by the Sale Guru and ordered it on October 4, 2017. I spent $54.00, the Sale Guru immediately withdrew the funds and I never received the product. After several weeks, I sent an email and it bounced back. The website does not provide another means of contact and when clicking on any of the options on the website, i.e., track my order, an error occurs and I received a "Page not Found" response.
This is extremely frustrating and now that I am reading of others’ similar experiences, am hoping for a means of recourse. These people should be prosecuted.

I placed an order for the Tyme curling iron on October 1, 2017. Money was withdrawn (along with a small, unexplained fee) on October 3, but I never received an email, tracking number or any other correspondence. On October 12, I inquired about my order and was told by a woman named Vina from thesalesguru.com that my order had shipped "and was held up in customs being meticulously checked and inspected." She also said that I would be receiving a tracking number. I still have not received my order or a tracking number. I have sent several emails and texts to Vina with no replies. SCAM!!!!!!

I purchased a 2 n 1 Flat iron online. I never received any information after making the purchase (such as tracking number nor did I receive the item). I emailed the company and never received an email back and there is no phone number to call…..Don’t buy anything from this company!!!
