Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief
I purchased 2 V-white electric (light) for whtening teeth. I gave one to my daughter and the other for me. Hers lasted almost a week. I gave her mine and that one stopped working. I purchased them on line on May 13, 2019. Order #832360. I emailed them several times and I saved every email. They told me that anything medical is not refundable.
I checked the web site and no where could I find that this was a nonrefundable item.
I figure it probably cost more to call China than the items were worth. I payed $187.00 for both.
I am a senior on a fixed income and that really hurts to lose that money but I have no one to blame but mysel for being so stupid.
I realize it is too late for me but I wanted to alert you to warn others about this company.
Oh, they wanted me to take a picture of this gadget to show that it isn’t working. It buzzes when working and the light doesn’t work so how can they tell by a picture that it is fefective? In any event, I do not have a camera and the cell phone I have is a dumb phone.
