Text said, "Just answer some easy questions at http://goo.gl/O3OdlU to get one or more skin-care products free!"
I went to the web site and this http://antiagingrewards.com/start web site came up. I went to the home page, http://antiagingrewards.com/index.php, and clicked on "about us" and the "privacy" area. Then I scanned the page and looked under the "Choice/Opt out" and copied the link. It (surprise, surprise) DID NOT WORK.
