Type of a scam Phishing
Consumers phone showed his name and number as the caller. Left message requesting renewal of 6 digit , birthday of a relative or they would be cut off from service. Caller ID showed the consumer name and number. When the consumer called his number back the caller wanted him to proceed with the information. Consumer hung up without giving any information.
