First I got a message that said I need to call another number and they started asking me personal information on a student loan. I knew that it was bogus because they were asking me to login in and change my password. Then they though I had hung up and I heard them doing it to many others. But they claim to be working in the loan department and they wanted to lower my student loan bill. I then called the loan company and the Better Business Bureau
Susan *** was the first one to call then when I called it and a Mathew answered said that Susan was busy so he would help me. Then
Mathew gave me the second number and gave me an extension: 202.

Your basic annoying spam texts. However, instead of a name or phone number, they come from an email address. I called the number given and told them I wanted to be taken off their list, they said they would and then didn’t. This happened several times.
