Stem cell injection therapy attended a seminar requested Hyppa medical information after seminar met the next day told cost was $17,000 for wife and myself was giving a bogus address in Milwaukee said they had a mobile contact team for medical staff to come out to give injections and would get back with us. Requested to cancel appointment. Now they have all our medical and personal information not returned.
