Consumer received call stated that they they had used the company for repairs on her computers. A charge of $195.00 for automatic billing every year and they were letting her know that the charge was going to happen again. Consumer ask what account was being charged. The caller hang up on her, She called back and they stated they could not give her that information, and hung uo on her again. She is going to call her bank and put an alert on her account.
