Hobbies Discount was advertising remote control fish on facebook. On 06Nov2016 I ordered 2, one shark and one clownfish, as Christmas gifts for my nephews. A month later I still had not received the products. When I tried to call the number listed on my bank statement (atleast 5 different times on different days) and each time I would get a "Voicemail Full" and then disconnected. There was never a person or any way to even leave a message.
I attempted to email both ScoreDiscount and HobbiesDiscount (sister stores) via their "Contact Us" page on their website (as there is no other way to contact them). I once got an email response stating that the product would arrive in another 2 weeks. (I had already been waiting over a month at this point. I waited 2 weeks and again, the product never showed up. This time when I attempted to contact either store I go no response once so ever. Then Christmas came and went and I did not have the gifts for the kids. So now it is 2 months since ordering and atleast 10 attempts to reach any kind of customer service. I should also note that they deducted the money from my account within 24 hours of the purchase, yet they never shipped the product.
At this point I have put in a charge dispute with my bank and putting in a complaint to BBB so hopefully this does not happen to anyone else.
