The woman says she is with Support One, that you are on a recording, then she asks if you can hear her, as soon as you say, “Yes”she hangs up.
I called back and she said the call is recorded and that someone in our house is in need of hearing aid and asks if can I hear her. Third time I call, their phone is off the hook.
