Type of a scam Employment

Got an email from this company offering employment. Being in a bind, I took up the opportunity. I read a couple reviews on here about them. But didn’t think they were legit enough comments to give up the position. Early in the process, I questioned them, they said what they had, to make it seem legit and legal. So I stayed with them. I finished the 28 day probation period. Sent Payrole a email like they asked me to. They sent one back, telling me I would get my paper pay check in about 7 days. That was 2 weeks ago. He also said HR was going to go over the evaluation, they would have their decision in 10 days to offer a permanent spot for the company. They never called back. When I asked my manager, jokingly for a hint on what they decided. She said they needed more time. So no check and no call back in 2 weeks. They are hurting people, thought I would spread some awareness.
