I ordered a magnet from them on 4/26/2020 and have contacted them MULTIPLE times. On 4/27/2020 I received an email with offers of new products and no shipping info. On 4/28/2020 I received another email with offers of new products and telling me my order is ready. On 4/29/2020 I received another email with offers of new products and telling me my order is ready. On 5/5/2020 I replied to their email:’ I was just following up on the progress of my order.’ On 5/10/2020 – I replied again: ‘I have heard nothing concerning my order yet. I was checking on its progress. It has been 2 weeks.’ On 5/14/2020 – They replied: Hi Al, Thanks for messaging in.
Please allow some more time as shipping generally takes between 2-6 weeks for most products due to high demand for most of our products. On 5/14/2020 I answered back: ‘Thank you for responding. I was tempted to check on the legality of your site. It is not listed on the internet any more. I see the same commercials you used now for different companies. I thought maybe you were a fraud. I’ll give you a little more time. On 5/18/2020 they answered back: ‘Hi Al, Thanks for messaging in. We encountered technical problem on our website. Rest assured that your order is on its way. If you have your tracking number, may I have it?Please note that delay on courier delivery schedule and custom clearance is out of our control. Let me know if you have other concerns. On 5/18/2020 I emailed back ‘I have never received a tracking number for this order.’ The last time I asked for a refund and they said they will trace my purchase. That was 6/8/2020. I have heard nothing. Each of their emails was signed – Kennedy – whoever that may or may not be.
Never got the items ordered. But took $39.66. I’m reporting to better business bureau.
I ordered the fly trap in April and it’s been sitting in Canada since April 24,2020. Tried emailing the company and I haven’t gotten any response.
I ordered 2 Bias tape maker kits for a total of $56.95. I have never received anything. I have emailed and tried to find a customer service number but no luck. SCAM BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a magnet that finds items under water for my 10-year-old son once I ordered they sent me a confirmation that it was purchased and so forth in a couple days later I went online to check it and the website is nonexistent then I read comments from other buyers stating it was a scam !
