Type of a scam Government Grant
A friend told me she got 35,000.00 dollars of grant money from a grant called “Catalog of federal domestic assistance” and to contact attorney Mr. Walters by hitting a link she messengered me- so I did (not knowing anything about grants except that they help those in need) this Mr. Walters asked my name, birthdate, address, email then he said I needed to decide how much money I wanted from the grant from 25,000- 800,000 and that I would need to pay a fee from $500 to 2500.00 depending on the amount of money I wanted to receive. He said once I paid the fee to his account officer Vietta Williams that he would start the process of the grant- That is when I balked- I still don’t know IF this is a scam my friend says she had a check delivered to her by the attorneys (Mr. Walters) courier and it is in the bank.
