It is a scam, I got scammed, now I have to take all kinds of protection online, they had remote control for like 5 hours on my computer. told me I have Koobface" virus , So i Paid 150.00 for two years Tech service…….All this time I thought it was Yahoo support. All I needed was password help. Told Local Police, Federal Trade commission, freeze on my credit, Got lifelock , Mcafee antivirus, so hope it helps…no telling what they stolen from me when on my computer..
