I ordered a pair size 9. A cheap knock off size 6 arrived. Vionics are made in China, so I figured I could get these from the source, and save money eliminating the middle man. Wow ~ was I dead wrong. After several emails back and forth, they would only agree to a $5.50 refund. I spent $25.97,. This site is a scam. Don’t fall for it. Unfortunately, I missed disputing the charge with my credit card company by just a few days. Lesson learned. Stay away!
I ordered 2 pairs of Vionic sandals after seeing them advertised on Facebook. I received cheap plastic flip flops NOT Vionic’s! Speley is a fraud company that sells cheap knockoffs products from China. These shoes didn’t even try to look legit! I complained to PayPal, which was my payment method. Speley offering me $3, I paid $37.50! They later agreed to a full refund, if I returned the shoes to China! Return would have cost $29.00! Post Office has had many cases of fraud from these types of scams. Don’t get fooled!
Seller sold shoes as genuine Vionics using Vionics advertising. They guarantee customer satisfaction. The items are very cheap, unwearable fakes. Then they want to give you back a few dollars to keep them.

I ordered the 2 pairs of “VIONIC” sandals and received cheap plastic flip flops. They are scammers. I asked PAYPAL to get my money back, but so far they will refund me if I send back the fake sandals, which costs more than I spent on the sandals. It’s a no win situation for victims of this fraud. I hope the VIONIC company is aware that they are using the good reputation of a quality product to defraud customers.
I had the same problem. Not VIONIC, horrible quality “knock off”, and when I tried to return them and get a refund they offered me $3. I am reporting them to BBB, but have no address.
