On January 18, 2016, James H*** contracted the services of O’Donnell Staffing Research, located at 7603 Foxwood Drive, Schererville, Indiana, 46375. James H*** owns and operates an executive search firm which specializes in the healthcare and health systems marketplace O’Donnell Staffing Research provides targeted recruitment pool development.
The contract which was signed and dated by James H*** was sent back via fax to Robert O’Donnell, Principal of O’Donnell Staffing Research. All work for the services including all reports and invoicing rendered by O’Donnell Staffing Research were completed and transmitted email and fax.
O’Donnell Staffing Research invoiced James H*** $ 1,500.00 on January 25, 2016 with the statement on the invoice, “Payment is due within 30 days of date of invoice”.
As of May 10, 2015, O’Donnell Staffing Research has not received payment. Mr. Robert O’Donnell has made multiple attempts to urge Mr. H*** to honor and pay the Invoice. Mr. H*** claimed that he was happy with the services by O’Donnell Staffing Research. However, he gave excuses of being ill, then having business problems, than stating he was awaiting payment from a client, basically giving excuses for not paying the invoice in full.
As of May 10, 2016, O’Donnell Staffing Research, an A+ rated company by the ScamPulse.com has made a formal complaints to the FBI since all work related and service/product transmissions were performed over interstate wires; a National Fraud Alert with the ScamPulse.com, The American Hospital Association, The Chamber of Commerce of Weatherford, Texas, Executive Search Consultant Associations and others.
