Type of a scam Investment
I was contacted by M & T Property Management about an offer to buy my timeshare. The offered price was substantially greater than what I paid for. So natural I investigated and found some issue. A report by ScamPulse.com stated 2 people were forced to pay up front Mexican taxes and told it was put into escrow and these people never received payment for their time share. It would appear this company is still doing the same thing. I called them out and stated that any sale would require payment to myself up front and share the link to the ScamPulse.com alert notice.
I wanted to share this to prevent anyone else who may not have looked into this company from becoming a victim of a scam.
