I wanted to repair a damage electronic board and was told the MyRig was cheap and fast. Below is what happened in real time:
From Me – On 11 March 2018, “Hello, I have one L3+ hash board that need repair. Please advise on the process. Thank you.
From MyRig – On 11 March 2018, “Hi, We offer you a FEE based repair at MyRig, 3700 Quebec St. Unit. 239, Denver, Colorado 80207 USA. Your repair ticket number is #XXXX.
From MyRig – On 12 March 2018, I was giving this quote "Cost of repair is really unknown as these L3+ can have so many different cause of damages if it does not work. Typical cost will range from $150 to $220 for each board plus shipping. Days to repair a unit is 7 to 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
From Me – On 13 March 2018 "I have shipped the item. USPS tracking # XXXX. "
From MyRig – On 22 March 2018 I was given this quote "Hi , We received your package containing the following: L3+ v1.413 hash board AVERAGE repair time is 7-14 business days for each hash board. One of our techs will reach out to you with the update in the near future and also the pricing of the repair.
Since MyRig has received the board I have sent around 50 emails with no resolution. As of today, 30 June 2018, I have not yet received my hash board. This is exactly 100 days since they have received the board. Which is 3 months and 8 days and counting.
