I purchased an item in which I never received. I sent 9 emails, made 14 phones calls leaving a message each time. I never received my purchase producer, nor did I ever receive a response to my inquiry’s both e-mail and by phone messages. Upon further investigation the physical address on their website is that if another company. I called them out on FB and was blocked from further posts.
