This scam has been around for a few years but the latest one is localizing to Nebraska. Like the phone calls.
Local freelance crew an production companies receive emails offering a job on a movie coming to Nebraska. It is untrue.
Scammer is mining a crew list from the Nebraska Film Office. Scammer offers Job to FILM Production Workers and Creative designers, assistants. I have personally not received the email (yet) but many colleagues have and are reaching out to me.
