Type of a scam Online Purchase
This site runs a Facebook page. I was interested in an item, and clicked through to the website. I placed an order for it, and my card was charged the same day. I emailed the company to make sure they had the correct address on file, to which they responded. A week went by, and I heard nothing. I attempted to contact them through their Facebook page- I received no response. I sent various emails, asking about the status of my order. Still nothing. Finally, after 2 weeks, I asked for a refund. I got one response- I was asked for my shipping address. I provided it, again- but didn’t hear anything else. It’s been another week, and the company will not respond, nor have they refunded my money. There is no phone number to call or address to write to, only a site.
