Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

I received this call from an area code familiar to my state, so I answer. It was a lady with a foreign accent calling to offer additional benefits to my medicare or Medicaid service. She first said you have Medicare correct. I replied no. She then said Medicaid? I figured it was a scam, so I said no and she hung up on me. I’m sure they were after personal information.
